Datum: 26.03.2026

How do women successfully transition from university to a STEM career? And which corporate structures can support them? This is exactly what we are researching in the self-efficacy4MINT project, funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space– and we need your support!

We are looking for:

  • Female students in STEM programs (Bachelor/Master or equivalent) shortly before graduation or in the transition to professional life.

  • Career starters with a completed STEM degree.

  • Experienced female graduates (at least 10 years of experience).

  • Women who have not pursued their STEM career path further.

  • Medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a high proportion of STEM roles.

If you belong to one of these groups and are willing to share your experiences with us, we look forward to your support!

Self-efficacy4MINT investigates how companies can strengthen women's self-efficacy in STEM professions, break down stereotypes, and enable sustainable career paths — making a meaningful contribution to greater diversity and securing skilled talent in STEM.

As a collaborative project, we work together with students, successful women in STEM, and companies. Drawing on qualitative interviews, we develop hands-on workshops, actionable recommendations, and concepts aimed at fostering a gender-sensitive, self-efficacy-driven workplace culture
